Early Educators: COVID-19 and and the Value of Child Care
“The word has been out more now than ever about what we do in our schools and how valuable our early childhood professionals are… it has brought an awareness to childcare and how valuable we are and what we provide to the community and how people would not be able to go to work. They say, ‘we would not be able to provide the services to people who are in need if we didn’t have somewhere to bring our children.”
Danielle Alexander is the Region Manager of Learning Care Group and oversees 50 Early Child Care centers in Arizona and 14 in New Mexico. The group includes centers from Tutor Time, La Petite Academy and Child Time.
