Power to the Profession is a national collaboration to define the early childhood profession by establishing a unifying framework for career pathways, knowledge and competencies, qualifications, standards and compensation.
This initiative is built on a two-year time frame for establishing a unified framework for the early childhood education profession. Once established, a robust policy adoption and financing strategy will begin.
Throughout the two-year process, NAEYC is actively seeking input on the Power to the Profession initiative for Decision Cycles 3, 4, and 5.
We invite early childhood professionals in Arizona to join us for discussion and feedback.
